You have strong time management skills, particularly the ability to prioritize a multitude of tasks.

Preparing monthly management reports, downloading of supporting documents from storage software (SiteLink).

Ownership of cash management duties, including cash flow projections, maintaining BAs, setting up transfers, etc.

Credit card management, bank account/signatory management.

Bookkeeping knowledge and experience using accounting software, preferably Yardi.

As an Accountant, Advanced Self Storage Portfolio, your experience and qualifications will include:

7+ years relevant experience (client acquisition and management experience in financial services)

Deep knowledge and interest in investment products, all asset classes (public and private ideal) applicable to high-net-worth clients

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Second languages are of interest.

Demonstrated presentation building and delivery capabilities. Proven success in sales and marketing abilities.
