Works with supervisors and management team to ensure that goals and deadlines are met in a timely manner.

Minimum of 2-year experience driver Forklift

Minimum 3 years' work experience in a production or warehouse environment

Strong critical reasoning skills with the ability to identify and solve problems

Strong Math Skills (Add, Subtract, Multiply, Divide, Fractions, Decimals)

Proficient in basic computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite.

·Strong oral and written communication in English; you will be working with remote colleagues

·High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus

·Five years of experience in a warehouse environment

·Experience safely operating mobile equipment for loading and unloading of trucks

·Experience with mechanical equipment and production line operation

·Ability to pass forklift certification

Lead a team of 15 to 30 hourly associates with varying levels of experience and education.

In cooperation with the site Operations Manager provide coaching and technical support in Warehouse and for the LASR Driving operation.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities and leading for results through others.

High level of skill in coaching teams and working as a team player.

Experience in warehouse environment an asset.

Knowledge of computer applications MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint.

Ability to lead and direct team efforts in a warehouse environment.

Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.

Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.

Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.

Marks materials with identifying information such as labels.

Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.

Manage daily cycle counts for the Canadian Warehouse and initiate an investigation as required

Affinity with numbers and accurate written and record-taking skills

Internally Titled: Receiving & Inventory Clerk

Maintain FIFO on all inventory, including Canadian picking stock, Work Order, and vendor put away

Provide a point of action for ad-hoc inventory needs (missing stock, counts, adjustments, research)

Assesses the skill level of a learner and how to communicate and train necessary information to improve daily job performance

1-2 years of experience leading others directly or indirectly

1 year of experience providing facilitation and training

Excellent counting skills and detail focused

Ability to meet attendance requirements

Flexible and adaptable with schedule which would include weekends, nights, working some required holidays, with occasional after-hours requirements and overtime

Time and resource management skills – the ability to prioritize the utilization of staff and equipment.

Five years or more of experience in a warehouse or logistical management role.

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.

Mentoring skills: ability to assess development potential of staff in all processes, technology and customer service

Performance coaching skills: ability to define expectations, monitor performance of staff, provide positive and constructive feedback concerning performance levels.

Role-modeling skills: ability to lead by example.

Proficient technical capabilities, inclusive of tier one WMS experience (Aspire).

Works with Supervisor and the Inventory Management team regarding MIA’s and LF to bring to a timely resolution.

1 - 3 years of warehouse and Aspire experience.

1 – 3 years of leadership experience.

Approves Shift Manager and timesheets in Production Supervisor’s absence.

Ensures orders are picked and packed as per Client and Customer specifications and are within goals of service requirements.
