QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Prevents injuries by providing public education and responds appropriately when first aid treatment and/or emergency response/rescue is required.

Will attend all in-service training and monthly skills/fitness challenges.

Performs slider height checks and monitors slider safety.

Will monitor pool areas to a maximum depth of 1.2 m.

Provides exceptional service to aquatic Centre users.

Maintaining and clearing incoming RIP

Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace

Able to work overtime when required

Be results oriented, self motivated and a team player

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Social Events and Sports Teams

Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation and management skills - individual, team and client management.
