Post-Secondary Education in AV Technology

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an audio visual/video technical support role

Control, audio and video conferencing systems design certifications (eg. Crestron AMX, clear one, cisco)

Maintain a strong insight into the capabilities of potential external partners in RWE, especially for US and emerging markets.

3 years experience in real-world evidence and familiarity with health economics/epidemiology, and quantitative science such as health outcome modelling

Experience in supporting pharmacoepidemiology studies with proven track record of advancing approaches with data science

Experience in Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP) generation and execution for observational studies

Experience in advanced visualisation and visual analytics of routinely collected healthcare data

Ability to lead & manage multi-disciplinary data science projects

Experience using web-based user interfaces to manage and maintain web content (e.g., web content management system, social media accounts)

Skilled videography experience with knowledge of filming and editing software. Strong photography skills and videography skills

Experience interviewing and researching skills

Experience and strong working knowledge and understanding of integrated communications strategies within a highly complex institution and competitive marketplace

Ensure video compliance under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act

Create and manage visual assets to support posts for stories, campaigns and events

Track project updates using project management software

Manage the department’s translation process with vendors

2-5 years working experience in a comms capacity, with particular experience in digital communications, graphic design, video editing.

Highly creative and skilled in design, with proficiency in applications such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva

Experience with Google Analytics and other reporting tools

Proactive, highly organized, and skilled multi-tasker

Hands-on experience in undertaking and delivering high-quality systematic reviews and ad hoc literature reviews.

Ability to critically appraisal study designs and published studies, including experience applying critical appraisal tools and reporting guidelines to the literature.

A broad knowledge of patient safety, drug safety and epidemiology, including an understanding of medical terminology.

A passion for literature reviews, conducting and evaluating with a desire to improve the quality of evidence synthesis in drug safety.

Ability to work effectively with internal & external experts, collaborative groups and contract research organizations (CROs).
