Vehicle Quality Engineering Analyst Jobs

Validate product and process design and assembly at the geometric level of the scope entrusted (Quality Assurance Fixtures management).

High level presentations will require applicant with Excel, PowerPoint & good to great communication skills.

Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in automotive areas of Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality and/or Product Quality.

Knowledge of APQP/PPAP & Supplier Quality Manual.

Knowledge of defect resolution, escalation processes and follow up.

Knowledge of metrology principles and understanding of Statistical analysis and process control.

Specific Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Experience successfully leading focused technical projects or contributing to large project work under guidance of an experienced lead.

Work with JIRA, Confluence, qTest for test case management, defect management, test reporting and other functions

Knowledge of Testing Methodologies with hands on experience on JIRA and Confluence.

Create test plans, test cases and test scripts based on requirement documents and business User Stories

Experience in Micro Service testing, Kafka and API testing

Strong problem solving, design, and analytical skills

Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps Tools such as Jenkins, GIT, etc

Requires knowledge of business administrative concepts and practices as well as financial principles relating to budget and cost control management.

Knowledge of technical records management, and engineering disciplines and technical terms/phraseology applicable to the work would be a definite asset.

Provide document management using tools such as SharePoint and Project Online.

Must have a sound knowledge of modern office practices and procedures.

Provide meeting support for various meetings for the Group/Department.

Coordinate, prepare correspondence, and/or communicate with others to ensure accurate and timely communication of information.

Produce and present solution options to project leadership with clear definitions of the benefits and tradeoffs of each proposal.

BS / BA in technology related discipline or relevant industry experience

Hands on knowledge of various backend development languages like Java, Go and Python

Hands on Knowledge of various database technologies like RDBMS, DocumentDB, GraphDB etc.

Participate and present at architecture design reviews and lead the governance activities for a given solution.

Generate reports to meet customer deliverable commitments with regards to component lifecycle management and material content analysis

Minimum 2 years industry experience related to Component Engineering, Electrical, Electronic or Electro-Mechanical Design (or equivalent)

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Quick learner with a thirst for knowledge

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office/365 tool suite and pinpointing parametric data with online research
