Leads the Integrated Project Team (IPT) through the life cycle tenets of the company’s Management System.

Has advanced to expert knowledge of work area.

Serves as the face of the organization to customers.

Serves as the lead function accountable for the business success of the full value stream lifecycle.

Responsible for the successful execution of programs to meet strategic goals and maintains associated measures of success.

Uses systems (e.g., CRM) to track and analyse all customer-related activities and deliverables, pipeline management, and revenue projection.

Identify repeatable success motions and manage playbooks.

Create and manage feedback loops, gathering actionable insights that will inform the product roadmap.

Improve the customer experience in the customer success motion, delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and NPS.

Builds strong relationships with people, understands their needs and goals, identifies creative solutions, and manages action items through to completion.

Works to realize business value and expand customer relationships through deep knowledge of customer needs rather than a feature list.
