Overview A Utilities Supervisor is responsible for the management and maintenance of all utilities and services within a facility. This includes water, gas, electricity, and other services. The Utilities Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all utilities are functioning properly and that all safety regulations are met. They are also responsible for supervising and training staff, as well as managing budgets and ensuring that all utility services are cost-effective. Detailed Job Description The Utilities Supervisor is responsible for the management and maintenance of all utilities and services within a facility. They are also responsible for supervising and training staff, as well as managing budgets and ensuring that all utility services are cost-effective. The Utilities Supervisor is also responsible for developing and implementing maintenance and repair plans, as well as monitoring and evaluating the performance of all utility services. Job Qualifications

• Ability to develop and implement maintenance and repair plans
• Ability to monitor and evaluate performance
