Will take and manage inventory of the bar
Maintain a clean bar and service area
Responsible for selling and serving food; selling, preparing and serving beverages (alcoholic, non alcoholic and coffee)
Ensure that guests are served in accordance to state and local guidelines regarding the responsible service of alcohol
Must be hospitable and gracious in all guest and associate interactions
Responsible for the proper handling of all equipment, i.e., china, glassware, silverware, linen, and props, ensuring proper storage after use
