Turnstile Security Supervisor Jobs

Must have a minimum of 1 year security experience

Handle daily administrative and paperwork.

Assign guards to their posts and daily assignments, ensuring all guards follow all post orders and complete audits.

De-escalation of situations and managing and reporting emergency incidences.

Monitor and document performance and behavior of officers, providing mentorship and coaching as required.

Draw up and maintain a departmental site and training schedules, ensuring that all shifts are covered.

3 years security supervision experience preferred

Monitors security risks to the campus and patrons and reports potential problems to the Director of Facilities

Monitors security cameras, alarm and fire systems

Supervises and coordinates schedules for all Security Officers

Ensures operation of all security equipment to include preventive maintenance and troubleshooting malfunctions

Writes correspondence including logs and reports; maintains documentation pertaining to security and emergency training and accident and incident reports

Excellent inter-personal skills; strong coaching abilities, mentoring and training skills;

Minimum of two (2) years’ technical experience operating a CCTV system and working knowledge of various security systems;

Remain apprised of new security strategies and technologies that would benefit the property;

Any other tasks as directed by the Security Manager.

Minimum of two (2) years’ security experience in retail environment;

Minimum of two (2) years’ supervisory experience;
