3+ years of related business experience

Experience and demonstrated expertise in data management, data analysis, and statistical manipulation

Demonstrates excellent team building and management of group processes skills

Undergraduate degree in Health Services Administration, Health Information Management, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering required.

Lean, project, and change management expertise considered an asset

Map End to End Business Processes, Workflows and Functional Requirements

Partner with Internal Business Teams to Develop Tools that help to improve processes by driving efficiency and provide new capabilities

Experience in Business Process Mapping (Visio, or other process mapping tools)

Strong Analytical and Processing skills; ability to resolve ambiguous problems, produce recommendations and convey them clearly, effectively and concisely

Experience working with a Technical Team

Self-Motivated Team Player with Strong Organizational, Planning and Interpersonal Skills

Coordinate and run the governance of the RCIA Program and corresponding resource and budget management.

Make significant contributions to change management to help implement innovative solutions and drive toward achievement of common goals

Good understanding of technology/ software change management practices

Coordinate and review business requirements, solicit feedback, and ensure the project meets the RCIA stakeholders’ needs

Support RCIA leaders on enhancing process efficiency, education and training, communication, and annual planning of Archer programs

Quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

5+ years operations experience, preferably experience in HR technology/services.
