Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program in tool and die making or relevant technical certification is preferred.
Knowledge of various tool and die making techniques, including milling, grinding, CNC machining, and heat treatment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve mold-related issues.
Good communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical information with team members and supervisors.
Assist in the fabrication and assembly of injection molds according to provided blueprints and specifications.
