Hiring for: Packaging, Logistics, and Brewing**

Day Shift - 6AM - 2PM

Afternoon Shift - 2 - 10PM

Operate and monitor high speed equipment

Help continuous improvement by following Key Performance Indicators;

Perform process quality control checks;

Execute industrial cleaning and sanitation;

Read, monitor and interpret performance metrics;

Lift object up to 50 lbs.

Ensure production continuity through effective scheduling and management of raw material inventories

Excellent computer skills; experience with SAP considered an asset

Manage applicable training, safety and production records

Assist the Brewing Manager with month-end reporting, analysis and forecasting

Perform day to day administrative requirements to support the brewing and packaging departments

1+ years experience in an industrial workplace preferred

Other duties, responsibilities and assignments as required by the Supervisor or management.

Responsible for communicating all food safety and quality concerns to Management

Two to three years’ experience as a machine operator/operating food processing machinery or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong sense of logic and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in all areas of work

Owns the Centerline Management system for Brewing.

Coaches teams on Centerline DMS execution and problem-solving skills.

Experience with maintenance planning and maintenance improvement methodologies such as BDEs, equipment ranking

Experience employing data analysis methodologies using Microsoft Excel

Bachelor’s Degree – Applied Sciences with a minimum of 3-5 yrs directly related experience leading line operations.

Interprets production plan schedule requirements, and works with the teams to organize team members and equipment/material resources to execute the plan.

Applies working knowledge of brewing process to guide the teams in enacting improvements.

Knowledge of relevant hygiene, food safety, health and safety legislation (including environmental) including safe work practices

Strong analytical skills, good communications, innovative approach and real sense of urgency
