Experience working in the Community Living field with children, youth or adults with developmental disabilities and their families

An equivalent combination of relevant education/experience may be considered

Confirming eligibility for CLBC-funded services

Supporting and facilitating access to generic services, informal support and CLBC funded services and allocation of small targeted amounts of funding

Providing information about informal community supports, generic services, CLBC services, peer and family support services available

Responding to crisis situations and resolving problems

Minimum 1 year experience in back office administration in a financial securities firm

Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills to meet required deadlines daily

Experience with Dataphile and/or Univeris is an asset

Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset

Knowledge of the financial services industry with a good understanding of wealth management and asset management within those markets is preferred

Post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or operations preferred

2 - 3 years of experience in a marketing or operations department

High level of proficiency in MS Office applications, including advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, changing focus and priority as needed

Fluent communication skills are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset

Required Skills, Qualifications And Abilities

Operation of sanders, plows and refuse packers including scheduled night shifts, shift work and weekends.

Demonstrable ability to perform physical labouring duties.

Demonstrable ability to operate related maintenance tools and equipment.

Demonstrable ability to organize and maintain basic records.

Independence of judgment and capability of working alone under minimal supervision in a safe and efficient manner.

Any other ad hoc responsibilities delegated

Contacting patients by for Cryo collection

Processing credit cards for collections

Sending letters/emails/correspondence for collection and keeping track of progress
