Manage overall asset development including:

Manage, support, and evaluate personnel and subcontractors under his/her responsibility

A minimum of 20+ progressive years in mining and leading development of mine properties, with experience in North America.

Above average working knowledge of mine planning and optimization practices and software

Construction experience with Large Scale Capital projects

Management: Hire, onboard, and manage performance to drive employee development and maximize retention.

Domain. Experience with cybersecurity solutions (including EDR, NDR, forensics tools, collection tools, eDiscovery tools and Managed Security Services).

Innovator: Experience developing new service offerings and designing integrations of software solutions including to market and delivery strategies.

Alignment: See that the global services offerings are in alignment with customer and company needs.

Planning: Ensure the team’s plan achieves company goals with the continued achievement of the margin and utilization targets of the business.

Leadership: Build, develop and retain high-performing teams that deliver positive contributions throughout the company.
