Technical Product Lead Jobs in Nova Scotia

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or related experience

5+ years’ experience leading large delivery teams; Agile delivery is a definite asset.

Open minded with a continuous growth approach is a requirement; confident to challenge the status quo and follow-through with appropriate tact.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science is ideal, another equivalent of education and experience may be considered

Manage the product lifecycle and timelines from concept to launch and achieve product deliverables in line with company revenue goals

Technical background, including experience in programming considered is an asset

Excellent written/verbal communication and teamwork skills

Research ways to work in existing markets and improve them

Define the product strategy and roadmap for product development and scaling

Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work

Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive atmosphere for the shift.

Proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

1 year of work experience

Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others

Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

* Google product management experience

* Experience writing technical stories in IAM that are ready for development

* Exceptional technical aptitude and ability to drive outcomes

* Strong understanding of IAM and security protocols such as Oauth2, AuthN/AuthZ

* Excellent business acumen and ability to drive business outcomes and multi-year technical strategies for the platform

* Strong understanding of microservices, test automation frameworks and compilation times for java applications

Responsible for stack management in Loopio for RFP responses

If needed, act as product responsible for occurrence management dealing with the 4 pillars: Safety, Security, Quality and Business impacts.

Experience developing under external industry standards or certifications

Able to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, technical aspects of architecture and integration to management, clients and staff
