Control Centre Operator (Weekends Days)

Provide support as required to our Operations' Control Centre (OCC) team
Monitor our CCTV feeds in the OCC
Help to create or update our documentation
Report security system alarms, and communicate with operations' leaders and first responders
Oversee our site security personnel to ensure they are acting according to our protocols

Overview:

Team Members for Open Days and Weekends are responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the store is running smoothly during peak times. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, be able to multi-task, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They must also be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
