Tableau Scrum Lead Jobs

· A solid understanding of SQL, relational database management system, data modeling, and normalization

· Proven experience in developing and working Tableau driven dashboards, analytics.

· Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements to technical specifications.

· Working knowledge of Tableau administrator/architecture.

· Advanced Tableau development skills required.

· Ability to query and display large data sets while maximizing the performance of workbook.

Proficiency to draw insights from data and clearly communicate (verbal/written) information to stakeholders and senior management as required

Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.

Experience working with Tableau Desktop (certification preferred) and Tableau Server required

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and 4+ years industry experience

Advanced SQL skills for acquiring and transforming data

Experience developing and operating large-scale data structures for business intelligence analytics using ETL/ELT processes, OLAP technologies, data modeling, SQL

Experience with interactive QlikView/Tableau dashboard reports, with different data sources is mandatory

Should have working experience in SQL server

Must be able to create reports and do the data massaging

Develop custom reports for high profile customers and executive-level management

Communicate with colleagues in the SysOps, development team, sales, implementation, marketing department and management to carry out requests and deliver results

Respond to management, sales, implementation, and customer requests as needed

Be a continual learner, delighting in the acquisition of new skills and knowledge

Bachelor’s Degree with focus on quantitative analysis methods or equivalent experience

3+ years of work experience in data analysis/visualization

Nice to have knowledge or foundations on Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS/SSIS), and ETL/Data Integration

- Connect data sources for use in tableau report building,

- Adding and creating dimensions, measures, and calculation logics

- Perform data modeling in tableau desktop

- Develop workbooks and Tableau Data extracts (TDE)

Develop best practices for using tableau cloud, including governance, security & data management

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements

Lead the migration process from Tableau on Prem to Tableau Cloud, ensuring all data sources, dashboards and reports are migrated effectively’

They will have create visualization, explore data, manipulate and expose data

Conduct testing to ensure all data sources, dashboards and reports are functionally properly

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills – able to push back

Facilitate adoption of DevSecOps, Risk Management and other delivery practices

Use and combine knowledge of the discipline, past experiences, and leading market trends to formulate the right approach
