Syndicated Loan Closing Analyst Jobs

Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs

Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards

Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering

Setup company-directed promotions and programs

Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards

A team player with an attention for detail

Application and management of finance and administration policies and procedures.

Experience in the management of revenue and recoveries.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in each of the below-identified job requirements:

Compiling financial reports for managers

Minimum 1 year of experience, running reports out of financial systems

Experience working withaccounting principles, accounting systems, and techniques.

Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Proficient in MS Excel and MS Sharepoint.

General proficiency with computer systems and softwares.

Motivated mentality, strong sense of urgency, and comfortable voicing ideas on how to improve processes.

12 month contract + possible extensions or convert to perm

Education, certification and designation requirements:

Manage and monitor accounts requiring special handling – Special Loans Accounts/Daily Cash Sweep Accounts/Construction- Real Estate accounts

Knowledge of lending products, rate-setting methods and payment methods

Strong organizational and problem solving skills; detail oriented

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Required: University degree, experience in financial industry or a combination
