Supply Chain Management Instructor Jobs

Experience in procurement and inventory management

Experience with ERP and inventory management software is a plus

Expertise in supply chain management, with a focus on optimizing efficiency and reducing costs

A Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Maintenir l’information d’avancement au sein de Solution Manager/CHaRM, et de la documentation requise;

Excellente maîtrise des modules SCM : MM, SD, PP - Certification SAP (atout);

Participer activement aux ateliers de Fit Gap analysis, rédiger les documents de requis d’affaires ainsi que les documents de requis fonctionnels;

Rédiger les plans de tests fonctionnels et participer aux tests unitaires et intégrés;

Assurer les suivis et respects des orientations tout au long de la livraison des dossiers

Travailler en collaboration avec les clients internes afin d’assurer une satisfaction envers notre nouvel environnement SAP.

· Experience with lean supply chain management and activities

· Nice to have Post Secondary education in a relevant discipline and APICS certification.

Must have MRP experience ( preferably Epicor Kinetic).

· Prepare, issue and collect and evaluate new and updated product Request for Quotations.

· Create reports, analyze data and course correct activities and strategies to achieve business objectives.

· Critical thinker, detail oriented and analytical problem solver

Attend and participate in department and faculty meetings relevant to faculty responsibilities.

Conduct further research into their specific field of knowledge.

Supply Chain and Logistics licenses or certifications (desired).

Minimum of 3 years of professional/industry relevant experience.

Previous curriculum and program development experience is considered an asset.

Oracle EBS Order Management and Advanced Pricing Module experience a plus

Role: Oracle Supply Chain Management BSA

Oracle EBS Implementation/Support Experience (R12.1.x or higher)

Oracle EBS Procurement and Inventory module experience

Experience in a distributed team environment preferred.

Database experience (SQL, Data Warehousing, Oracle, Informix, etc.) preferred.

2-3 years of experience in supply management (co-op experience counts).

Post-graduate certification in Supply Management or related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office with Excel skills, and experience with Accounting/Procurement

Strong understanding of Supply Management processes and how they connect to Accounts.

Education (Or Equivalent Work Experience)

College Diploma / University Degree in Business, Supply Management, or related discipline

15+ years of direct experience in progressively more responsible Supply Chain, Materials Management, Sourcing, Procurement, and Distribution / Logistics.

Other recognizable Certifications or Degree in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Procurement, Logistics/Warehouse management or related

Strong experience and skills in at least 3 following field of expertise:

ERP Systems, Supply Chain Management & Planning, and /or Information Technology Integration

Benchmarking skills in Supply Chain

Hold 2 or more following certifications:

Master’s degree in international business, General management/ Entrepreneurship/ Economics/Finance from a recognized University in a relevant discipline (Highly desired).

Attend and participate in department and faculty meetings relevant to faculty responsibilities.

Develop and/or participate in the development of analytics, systems data management, metrics, reporting and training.

Researches, compiles and creates presentations/reporting for all levels of the organization, including the Executive Management Team.

Work with the broader supply chain management team to identify key messages and incorporate into the overall framework.

Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business or Supply Chain Management

Manage vacation time of direct reports.

Compiles and distributes reporting requirements in multiple formats to a variety of audiences.

Five years of work experience in a related discipline.

The Provincial Instructor Diploma Program or an equivalent credential in adult education, or a readiness to pursue such a credential.

Previous experience with online and blended delivery methods.

Experience in curriculum development and course design will be considered an asset.

Experience teaching at the post-secondary level; and

·Proficiency and certification in Global Supply Chain Management (CPSM) or related.

·Minimum 3 or more years of teaching and 5 years of related industry work experience
