Supervisor Farm Jobs in Quebec

Education and/or experience in agronomy or horticulture

Demonstrated ability to manage a team of farm workers

Experience operating farm machinery relating to the planting and harvest of potato or similar crops

Assist Seed Operations Manager with agronomic decisions

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Proficiency with computers and using Microsoft Office

Highly proficient time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work in a fast paced, changing environment

Conduct or contribute to employee development, and employee performance management through coaching and following up on the development of technical competencies

Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities in an effective manner

Excellent customer experience skills including empathy and concern for our customers

Proactively attract, retain, and develop top talent, recruitment of talent and manage a team to optimal performance

Effective retention planning; proactively manage and respond to turnover
