At least 3-5+ years of clinical research industry experience with HealthCanada and Ethics submissions;

Knowledge of ICH guidelines and applicable local regulations; and

Excellent written and oral skills.

Enrollment Management, Analytics, and Data Reporting

Attend knowledge-based webinars regarding the application platform and software.

Semester or year-long study abroad experience or work abroad experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone demeanor.

Strong ability to manage multiple projects.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology or College with minimum 10 years related experience.

Knowledge of ICH guidance for stability of products and how to set stability in LIMS.

Thorough knowledge of scientific principles pertaining to analytical records review.

Have inventory available for all stability programs from start to finish. Perform it at least annually.

Communicate effectively with clients for the purpose of getting protocols approved by client.

Inform laboratory supervision at least one week before pulling so it can be scheduled and completed on time.

Excellent interpersonal skills and experience

Interest in or experience in STEM or Post-Secondary Education considered an asset

Advise the Recruitment Team and the Challenge Unit Manager on external communications issues and opportunities

Draft and post social media and web content according to the recruitment strategy, with oversight from the Challenge Unit Manager.

Prepare internal communications for staff involved in recruiting and provide feedback on strategies to the Challenge Unit Manager.

Experience with visual media creation applications/software considered an asset
