Contribute to and support Greo’s research projects, research commissioning, knowledge translation, and other client and internal work through project coordination

Significant experience in ASPEN Student Information System administration and management including user management, system configuration, security settings, and data integrity

Experience in providing technical assistance and support to a variety of systems.

Significant experience and aptitude in using numerous digital systems an asset

Demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environment planning, organizing, and prioritizing own work to meet deadlines.

Knowledge of water management issues and solutions associated with protecting surface and groundwater quantity and quality.

Degree or diploma in water resources, environmental sciences, resource management, geography or related scientific or technical discipline;

Ability to use a variety of computer applications (e.g. databases, web content management software, image editing/manipulation software);

Recent experience managing, analyzing, and/or modeling environmental data using software;

Recent experience with documenting and/or developing protocols or workflows;

Experience researching, synthesizing, and interpreting complex information and reporting for a wide variety of audiences;

Knowledge of post-secondary institutional organizations and related regulations is an asset

At least two years’ experience in providing specialized advice to customers

Experience in entering and checking data

At least two years’ experience in interpreting, explaining and applying regulations and procedures

Knowledge of computer systems and software, including financial systems, spreadsheets, databases, Internet browsers and email software.

Organizational skills and ability to work quickly and under pressure

Specialized sub-acute Care in rehabilitation, mental health services, complex medical management and palliative care

Experience working in a hospital setting an asset

Participates in staff meetings, education and/or training for health and safety as required by Providence Care
