College diploma or university degree in computer science or 1-year equivalent work experience.

Certifications in Microsoft Desktop environment.

Knowledge of computer hardware, including PCs and Laptops.

Experience with Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office, McAfee Anti-Virus, Adobe and a range of diagnostic utilities.

Excellent written, oral communication, and documentation skills.

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Teams) and Outlook skillset.

Ability to manage time and multiple priorities effectively.

Writing blogs and developing other social media content, such as graphics and videos.

Media monitoring reports and developing media lists.

Post-secondary degree in a related field of study in progress or completed.
