Overview A Student Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to students, faculty, and staff in a school or college setting. They are responsible for managing student records, assisting with registration, and providing customer service to students. Detailed Job Description A Student Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support to students, faculty, and staff in a school or college setting. They are responsible for managing student records, assisting with registration, and providing customer service to students. They must be able to answer questions about policies and procedures, provide guidance to students, and ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Student Clerks must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service skills

• Knowledge of school policies and procedures
• Knowledge of student records systems
• Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office
