Knowledge of and experience working within the Canadian Language Benchmarks framework and implementing Portfolio-Based Language assessments in the classroom.
Knowledge of and experience teaching online and using different platforms to deliver lessons, support learners, and evaluate learners' progress.
Experience and sensitivity in working with newcomers to Canada including those with limited English language skills
Formal TESL training and classroom experience.
Employ a thematic approach to teaching based on Canadian culture and settlement and integration life skills.
TESL SK and/or TESL Canada accreditation.
