Squad Tech Lead Jobs in Ontario

High School OR Technical diploma, OR

Be willing to travel outside of GTA (10%).

Knowledge of any web designing/UX tools will be a plus

Communication Skills: Expresses ideas effectively using a range of communication styles, skills and processes.

Work closely with Business Analysts and tech teams.

Act as Tech SME/Lead in the team to deliver best quality product.

Perform the tech analysis, development, code reviews and releases.

Should be able to design the applications and write the Tech design documents.

●Great organizational and time management skills

●Proficient understanding of code versioning using and workflow management using Git and GitFlow.

●At least 8+ yrs of relevant experience

●Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.

●Knowledge of Temporal.io would be a big advantage

●Knowledge of data structures and paradigms (relational, key-value, single-table, etc.).

🚀 Previous management and leadership experience, leading teams of 10+ people in an agile environment.

✅ Required Skills And Qualifications

⊙ Extensive experience with one or more: Cassandra, BigQuery, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Kafka, and Python.

☁️ Solid understanding of cloud technologies, especially AWS, and experience with containerized and serverless architectures.

⊙ Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB.

⊙Experience with Apache Spark or similar technologies for big data processing.
