You have at least 2+ years of experience in software engineering.

You have experience with Blockchains (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum etc..)

You have experience decomposing a large monolith into microservices.

Decompose our monolithic Rails app into microservices

Articulate a long term vision for maintaining and scaling our backend systems.

Work with developers across the organization to find pain points and provide solutions that will make the developer experience delightful.

Experience with frontend technologies (TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Jest, e2e testing, build tools).

Help design, build and iterate on our web infrastructure and tooling.

Experiment with new technologies that will decrease our build or CI times.

Participate in the design, architecture, and delivery of new features in a collaborative agile/scrum environment.

Improve feedback loops around accessibility, performance, visual regression and error monitoring.

Partner closely with AdTech experts to iteratively turn high-level requirements into technical deliverables

Demonstrate troubleshooting and critical thinking skills to resolve production issues

5+ years of software development experience

Excellent knowledge of Java and object-oriented design patterns

Experience working with horizontally scalable systems

Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases

Previous experience in Remote jobs

5+ years experience in building ERP solutions

Hands-on experience building automated tests for Business Central

AWS Cost Management and Cost Optimization Fundamentals

AWS development experience with key services: CodePipeline, Amazon Elastic Beanstalk, Lambda, EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, IAM, Cloudwatch

Hands-on AWS experience with at least 1 implementation (preferred in an Enterprise scale environment)

Experience with instrumentation for monitoring / logging the health and availability of services

Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle

3+ years of experience in software development as part of a team, preferably a platform-oriented team

3+ years experience with any of the following: Ruby, Python, Typescript, Kotlin
