Detailed Job Description The Site Acquisition Specialist is responsible for researching, evaluating, and negotiating the purchase of land and/or buildings for the purpose of constructing a new facility or expanding an existing one. This position requires a thorough understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements associated with land acquisition, as well as the ability to negotiate and manage complex transactions. The Site Acquisition Specialist will work closely with other departments, such as legal, finance, and engineering, to ensure that all necessary steps are taken to complete the acquisition process.
