To become an Six Sigma Black Belt, individuals must have a minimum of five years of experience in a related field and must pass a certification exam. The skills required for this role include problem-solving, data analysis, project management, and communication. Knowledge of Six Sigma tools such as DMAIC, Lean, and SPC is also necessary. Responsibilities include leading and managing improvement projects, developing and implementing process improvement strategies, and training and mentoring other Six Sigma professionals.
