Sharepoint Support Consultant Jobs

Provide expert advice on best practices for SharePoint configuration, information architecture, and user experience design.

Bachelour degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience as a SharePoint Consultant, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 cloud services.

Extensive experience in configuring, customizing, and optimizing SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows.

Experience with additional Microsoft technologies, such as Power Platform, Azure, and Teams, is desirable.

Collaborate with development teams to create custom solutions and applications using SharePoint APIs and other relevant technologies.

Track and manage customer reported issues via a case management system adhering to best practices.

Experience/Skills Needed To Be Successful

Prioritize your workload and proactively work with Customer Experience leadership to ensure the best experience for our customers.

NetSuite Support, Systems implementation or administration experience.

Experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Familiarity with SharePoint Online management

Ability to use PowerShell to manage and automate SharePoint processes and farm configuration

Utilize PowerShell to manage SharePoint Online

Familiarity with provisioning & troubleshooting service applications issues like User Profile Service, Search Service & Managed Metadata Service

Experience using Azure Automation and/or Azure Functions to automate SharePoint tasks

Knowledge of IIS, SQL Server maintenance and configuration
