They are responsible for providing advice and guidance to apprentices, employers, and other stakeholders, as well as developing and delivering training and assessment programmes. They must have a good understanding of the apprenticeship system, the relevant legislation, and the requirements of employers and apprentices. They must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
