Excellent project and data management skills and a keen attention to details

Experience in execution of internal audits and management of routine GxP inspections.

Manage ADCT Quality Event records, including Deviations, Change Controls, and CAPAs, to industry requirements

Support internal audit, inspection readiness, and inspection management activities

Other responsibilities as directed by manager

Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting while making sound quality/compliance-based decisions

Experience in one or multiple of the following:

Computer, network and web knowledge

Knowledge in microelectronics and programming

Knowledge in HVAC and building control

Knowledge of LonWorks and/or BACnet protocols

Oversee supplier management system and supports the raw material qualification program

Provide regular updates to senior management and corporate

Directly supervise two (2) Department Managers and supervises activities performed by QA teams

Evaluate and assess change controls to determine applicable requirements and assist in determining regulatory reporting classification and requirements

Practice high level of facilitations skills to reach consensus and works toward solutions

Manage the Risk Assessment System process

Familiarity with Requirements Management Tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint etc.

Familiarity with Test Management and Defect Management Tools such as Borland StarTeam, SCTM, JIRA

Good communication skills & attention to detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong methodology skills including Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile

Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Solid skills and experience in manual and exploratory testing: planning, coordination, test plan development and execution, ad-hoc scenarios.

Collect requirements from project team to create the best automation strategies.

Working with the Sprint team, participate in Agile Sprint development cycles with the quality assurance lens to progress system capabilities

Help ensure solution meet business needs and requirements

Support development of requirements, stories/use cases

Transfer technical knowledge to other project testers and to sustaining/maintenance technical teams

Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.

S2 Experience with developing and executing Quality Assurance Strategies and Test Plans for Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Products/Solutions.

Resource possesses experience conducting manual testing and regression testing on projects using agile/scrum software development methodologies.

Experience with Sellenium is an asset.Describe the scope of the automated testing completed on the referenced project(s).

Completion of a Quality Assurance certificate program or a Quality Assurance certification is an asset; EX: ISTQB
