Senior Support Worker Jobs

Ensure that the care team have the knowledge, skills and ability to provide effective care for children and young people

Deputise in the absence of the house manager where necessary

Adhere to professional standards and registration requirements.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Residential Child Care Practitioner

Good written and verbal communication skills

HNC Social Care and SVQ 3 qualifications

Demonstrated excellent leadership, conflict resolution, communication, listening and interpersonal skills required;

Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook;

Additional hours may be available with a minimum rate of pay of $28.45/hour;
