Senior Social Scientist Jobs

Masters or PhD in Food Science, Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, Food Physics or related disciplines or equivalent industry experience in ingredients

5+ years relevant CPG industry experience

3+ years relevant experience with leading innovation focused research programs preferably related to food ingredients or batters and coatings

Experience working in a global organization

Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, combined with the ability to think strategically and drive projects from development to completion

Excellent work ethic with strong organization and time management skills

Supports or leads project management

Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience

Experience working on large projects involving multi-disciplinary teams

Experience working with, and supporting consultation and engagement with Indigenous groups and public stakeholders

Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
