We have a requirement for Server Analyst, kindly find the details below

Perform problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution.

Perform hardware and os installations, migrations, and/or upgrades.

Plan for software and hardware upgrades and/or migrations.

Maintain operating systems and associated infrastructure software.

There is a possibility the resource may be able to work remotely, though must be available for

work would be approximately once every couple weeks, depending on requirements on the project.

Job Title:168004 - CL- Server Analyst - Intermediate

Standard Hours of work are 08:15 – 16:30 Alberta time

Work must be done from Edmonton or Calgary, due to datacenter proximity.

GoA does not pay for travel to attend on-site meetings.

Experience with VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM)

Provide cross-training and knowledge transfer to other server team members on relevant aspects of hardware and software support.

4 years of experience using vCenter Server using HA and DRS. 4 years

4 years of experience working as a server support analyst supporting Windows 2016, 2019, and 2022.

2 years of experience managing resource capacities in a VMware ESXi environment.

Experience automating tasks within Windows and vCenter utilizing PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible or other.
