Senior RPA Developer Jobs

2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis / Data Analytics

Work closely with teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Should have authorized travel documents to visit the customer in the USA

Analyze business processes, identify potential automation opportunities, and propose a Plan of RPA strategy.

Creating the – PDD (Process Description Document), andSDD (Solution Design Document) in detail.

Strong communication skills and experience of working in an Agile team.

Provision, manage, optimize and secure infrastructure either on on-premise and/or cloud environments ranging from servers, networking to databases, etc.

4+ years of software development experience primarily on Java & preferably with exposure to building technical components for RPA products

Strong programming skills and exposure to following technology areas:

Experience with HTTP, REST, RESTful, JSON API services in a programming language.

Knowledge of leading Automation Framework/Tools such as Workfusion or Uipath

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Identifying and designing business processes for automation

Setting up, testing and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error

Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations

Producing process documentation to outline mistakes and successes and refine processes going forward

Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and preventing any potential bugs

Modify existing databases and database management systems.

Assist the team by providing functional insights of the process under development

Updating to stakeholders and other team members during project delivery

Work with internal customers to identify opportunities for automation and present to senior management for prioritization.

Demonstrable experience as a Robotic Process Automation Developer using RPA technologies, particularly with UiPath or similar

Extensive experience and understanding in amending code, testing, and ensuring everything has been done before going live

Excellent organizational skill and ability to coordinate development with others

Select and implement an RPA platform (UiPath or similar) and additional tools if required.

Create, debug, and train and support users of RPA workflows.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

Work with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of RPA solutions.

Experience in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, C#, Python, etc.).

Knowledge of RPA tools and technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
