Has at least 5 years of experience carrying out digital security audits

Undertake context-specific risk analysis to inform decision-making with respect to particular complaints and reviews

Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Enterprise/ Operational Risk Management Audit, Compliance or other control functions.

Excellent organizational and project management skills, ability to multitask and coordinate implementation of workflows involving multiple business stakeholders.

Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Of preference, 10+ years of experience working in financial risk management in the financial services industry.

Experience in risk transformation including managed services, technology implementation, solution development (incorporation of AI/automation), or risk function transformation.

Knowledge of other financial risks including market risk, liquidity risk (treasury and capital markets), and regulatory capital.

Service Delivery conducting research, performing technical testing, writing reports, conducting interviews and communicating regularly with clients and resources.

Guiding field engagement teams as well as coaching and mentoring junior staff members.

Appropriate candidates will hold a post-secondary degree within a relevant field of study.

Experience with data governance and management tools (preference Collibra/Informatica).

Strong knowledge of data governance, data lifecycle management and data risk frameworks.

Manage the process of identifying, analyzing, educating, and influencing the management of data risks across the organization.

Ability to manage external vendors relationships and working with remote teams.

Master’s degree in a quantitative finance discipline such as, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or equivalent

Experience with structured products or fixed income derivatives products

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, include the ability to explain, summarize and synthesize abstract financial concepts

Strong technology and information system skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience in preparing and presenting reports to various levels of management

Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities with minimal supervision.

Support in the execution of the Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management programs.

Perform Risk Management, Mortgage Lending, Credit, Operations, AML, Privacy and other control effectiveness testing and risk monitoring.

Perform risk management, fraud, and money laundering investigations and reviews as necessary.

Stay up to date with risk management and compliance best practices, risk policy and control procedures.
