At least two to three years of Personal Lines Experience. Preference will be given to those with Commercial experience as well.

Work with clients to uncover complex business challenges, identifying their needs and providing recommendations based on your knowledge of underwriting principles

Develop and build new relationships with members in local hospitals, clinics, and other areas, to educate and promote OMAI offerings.

Undergraduate Degree, in Business, Finance or Economics preferred.

Minimum of 6 years experience with insurance sales and retirement planning.

Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) Certificate

Thorough knowledge of life and health insurance, both individual and group products, and acceptable insurance practices.

Experience in consultative sales in a client-based environment.
