Senior Process Development Associate Jobs

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Collaborating with operations and finance on make vs buy analyses and labour/costing/capex assumptions.

Evaluate and adapt new technologies to meet product and process requirements.

Facilitate effective communication and alignment of objectives, ensuring the seamless integration of product integrity requirements.

Proven experience in product development and scaling manufacturing processes into commercialized product lines.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to work cross-functionally with teams like Product Development, Engineering, Commercialization, and Operations.

Provide process guidance to the engineering Project team and Operational team during commissioning and qualification of new equipment/lines

At least 5 years of experience working with manufacturing processes

Experience with (large) expansion projects;

Experience with commissioning of industrial lines;

Knowledge in process safety – chemical safety, ATEX, dust exposure prevention;

Excellent reporting and communication skills in English;

BSc with minimum 3 to 6 years relevant industry experience or MSc with 0 to 4 years of relevant experience

Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture of adherent and suspension cell lines is essential

Experience with high throughput experimentation and mechanistic modeling, experience with micro, bench, and pilot-scale bioreactors is desirable

Experience in media/feed development and depth filtration is an asset

Good problem solving skills with a systematic analytical approach

Contribute towards development, optimization, and implementation of scalable Upstream protein (e.g. monoclonal antibodies, fusion proteins) production processes to meet project timelines
