Senior Principal Designer Jobs in Manitoba

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with Product Managers, engineers and customers

5+ years of experience as a product designer, interaction designer, or user experience designer

Experience researching for and designing a B2B product

Experience in human-computer interaction, user research, and design thinking

Experience designing interfaces for machine learning products

Experience recruiting and mentoring design teams

Steward exceptional client service through strong account management, client relationship development and strategic delivery of key initiatives for executive level clients.

Offer ideas and support for STRAAD to continuously ‘raise the bar’ - team learning, methodology enhancement and social impact initiatives.

Communicate clearly and have strong interpersonal skills. You love the opportunity to both facilitate and work as a team.

Have experience working with Senior Leadership and teams spanning multiple locations / geographies
