Senior Network Support Engineer Jobs

7+ years network engineering related experience.

At least 3 years of next generation firewall related experience (Palo Alto preferred).

Certification in Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) is a plus

Operating knowledge of IP and associated layer-4 protocols.

Operating knowledge of Cisco IOS, NX-OS and ACI configuration modes.

Operating knowledge of Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switching platforms.

10+ years of professional experience and 5+ years of IT experience in system implementation, project and systems management.

Strong understanding of network management and management tools, such as P Network Node Manager, NetQoS and Bluecoat Reporter

Bridges the gap between business requirements and technology (including recommendations on future direction)

Coaches and mentors peers, Systems Specialists, and Operations team in order to build and strengthen capabilities within ITS

Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.

Provides technical support for hardware (virtual and physical), software, operating systems and applications.

The following is a high-level description of the Services Vendor will provide:

·Integrating FRS to Accor Global Network and Technology Stack standard: (50 Sites)

o• FAST (Accor desktop master image) - roll out to all hotel workstations.

Knowledge and skills in troubleshooting EIGRP, IS-IS, BGP, MP-BGP VLAN/trunking, QoS and MPLS applications, and redistbution between different routing protocols.

Cisco CCNA/CCNP/CCIE certification or equivalent knowledge.

Experience and knowledge of services in industrial SCADA environment a plus.

Knowledge of major protocols (Ethernet, MCLAG, LACP, PPP, DHCP...).

Knowledge of Layer 3 protocols (IPv4, IPv6, MPLS, BGP, IS-IS, L2/L3 VPN...).

Knowledge of IP and IP/MPLS environments (EVPN, ...) and collection architectures (L2TP, BNG).

Conflict Management and Resolution Skills - Build consensus, anticipate and solve problems·

Attend customer meetings; perform site surveys and walk-outs as necessary to comply with customer requirements and project timeline.

8 or more years of experience working within telecommunications OSP design, specializing in FTTH, copper, HFC and long-haul plant design.

Results focused – Ability to organize and manage multiple, and at time competing priorities

Communication Skills – Demonstrate communication skills necessary to interpret policies in situations requiring persuasion and prepare and present presentations,
