Senior Medical Officers usually earn between $165,000 and $245,000 a year

Extensive experience (8+ years) in IT management, preferably within a healthcare manufacturing environment.

Collaborate with senior management and Corporate CDO to identify and prioritize IT initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

Develop and implement a data governance policy as well as a workforce training program for data use, management and security.

Partner with manufacturing teams to identify IT requirements for process optimization,automation, and data analytics.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, such as FDA regulations, 21 CFR Part 11, data privacy laws, and industry standards.

Previous retail management experience for a minimum of 5 years

Works with Management Team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including the backroom

Manages labour scheduling and leverages Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize labour productivity

Planning and preparation for Inventory Management

Works effectively with management team

Maintains Store Standards to optimize customer experience, drive customer traffic, and positively impact store profitability

Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure, with strong organizational and project management skills

Prior experience with document management systems and collaboration software (including cloud-based systems) and co-authoring principles is preferred

Aligns with department management to set strategy for meeting department goals.

Identifies potential areas for process improvements and possible solutions and communicates these to line management or appropriate functional line.

Ability to identify complex problems that require management or cross-functional input for resolution in timely manner

BS/BA + strong experience in medical writing or related field

Manage medical information deliverables such as standard response documents, slide decks, Q&As by working with medical information specialists and agency partners.

Advanced bioscience or pharmacy/medical qualification (PharmD, PhD, MD, post-doctoral, etc.).

Knowledge of regulatory guidelines affecting the dissemination of medical information and product promotion.

Strong accountability, interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and willingness to travel on as needed basis.

Provide training, mentoring, and consulting support to internal and cross functional teams on therapy area, processes, platforms etc.

7-10 years of relevant professional experience; Project Management, finance, or management information systems experience a plus

Leads the project management functional aspect for implementations of critical Global Project, Program and Medical Systems initiatives to drive successful execution.

Ability to create & manage complex projects, including budget management & fiscal awareness

An ability to lead and manage in a matrixed structure and in a collaborative team environment

Fluency in written and spoken English required, with excellent communication skills

Experience in Medical Affairs would be a plus

Level of support to differ based on business need and experience level of Medical Director

MD, DO, MBBS, or equivalent medical qualifications

5-9 years of clinical experience for Medical Director role; 10+ years for Sr. Medical Director role

5+ years of experience in oncology or hematologic oncology clinical research

Drug development experience in oncology
