Senior Manager People Advisory Services Jobs in British Columbia

Actively engage in ongoing learning and development to continuously upskill management and strategic knowledge

Advanced MS Word, Excel Outlook and CRM skills. Experience with other productivity, reporting, and resource management tools is an asset.

Previous team leadership/management experience is required

Recruitment; manage the hiring process and ensure adequate resourcing requirements of the team

Performance Management; establish and monitor clear goals and KPI’s with a consistent feedback loop

Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively manage and influence multiple stakeholders.

A bachelor's degree or a master's degree and at least 8 years of related work experience; management consulting experience is preferred.

Experience leading supply chain, procurement, operational cost reduction, and/or finance process optimization projects

Effectively develop, train, and mentor team members with diverse skills and backgrounds

Manage the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, developing budgets, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders

Proven ability to mobilize large teams and manage projects from inception to execution.

Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
