Senior Lead Devops Transformation Jobs

Knowledge transfer of material to crown staff to facilitate management and future developments of tools.

Develop, implement, and support work management processes and performance reporting for OAS Azure DevOps platform

Provide general platform support – configuration, access management, and issue resolution

Requirement gathering, design, analysis, development, data integration, deployment, and support of ADO.

Experience with Issue tracking systems like JIRA.

Good working knowledge of source control technologies (Git, Bitbucket).

Working knowledge n and experience with agile as well as waterfall project management concepts practices, and deliverables

Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and strategic alignment with organizational goals.

Regularly communicate program updates to stakeholders and senior management, providing insights into performance, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members.

Collaborate with stakeholders to manage changes in project scope, schedule, or requirements.

Prepare and present program status reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

Manage and distribute release information through Change Management practices

Experience with .NET C#, HTML5, JQuery and WCF skills is a plus

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified

Undergraduate university degree in Business, Finance or a related field required

Experience with program governance in large regulatory programs

Knowledge, skills and experience within the following areas:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and working experience

Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers and working cross-functionally to deliver user experiences that excites internal and external customers/clients

7+ years of DevOps Engineering experience

Proven technical mentorship capabilities & leadership qualities

Develops service goals and monitoring frameworks for contracted services, and supports contract managers to review contract performance.

Researches, develops, and implements plans to address emerging priorities of care for issues where no current program or structure exists.

Liaises with internal partners, stakeholders, programs, and portfolios.

Provides content expertize into existing and emerging policies, regulations, standards, processes and procedures to guide consistent and high quality service delivery

Promotes knowledge exchange between/with other CSCs working groups, steering committees and provincial colleagues.

Sources relevant information to promote the development and execution of the PCN and SCSP planning at the local level

Serves as a central IH contact/resource person for CSC and local action team initiatives, providing linkage between CSCs and IH.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Promotes knowledge exchange between/with other CSCs working groups, steering committees and provincial colleagues.

Sources relevant information to promote the development and execution of the PCN and SCSP planning at the local level.

Serves as a central IH contact/resource person for CSC and local action team initiatives, providing linkage between CSCs and IH.
