Knowledge of the hotel environment

Classify commercial transactions carried out during the day

Verify and correct transaction records and update hotel guest notes

Balance the accounts and close the cash registers of the various points of sale

Produce the daily income report

Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements:

• Experience and ease with computer systems (data entry, Word, Excel, etc.)

(depending on experience, performance, or length of employment)

-offering information and suggestions about our area’s attractions and activities (training and literature provided)

-have good math skills, and critical thinking, being solution and guest-oriented

• Equivalent of a High School Education (minimum)
