Inventory management, including transfer strategy, clearance pricing and maintaining targeted inventory levels

Progressive responsibility managing areas of strategic sourcing, sales and operations, pricing models, category management and inventory management – 2 years

Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP MM, AP Modules, etc

In addition to the above, a PMP designation or robust project management experience is required.

Minimum 10+ years of construction or project management experience is essential for success in the role.

Report on and develop KPIs for all project management data and relevant metrics, leveraging, modifying and analyzing databases as required.

Create, implement document and train on project management and project delivery processes and best practices to elevate the team

Improve and be accountable for the project vendor management process and performance for all project related consultants and contractors.

You have successfully completed and managed through change management activities within an organization.

Support the Procurement Specialists with the management of the procurement process, governance, and compliance.

Bachelor’s or College Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction field, in rail or bridges

Knowledge of how to read, analyze and identify discrepancies on engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents

Answer questions in coordination with the internal client and attend site visits

Source existing and new suppliers for material prices, equipment, and services on the market and local area of the project
