5 years of Project Management Experience (required)

Proven experience in project management and project management methodologies of large projects (under $5 Mil)

Knowledge of Machine Vision and/or Software, or knowledge of Ford Manufacturing

Strong PC aptitude and skills, with Microsoft products such as Office and MS Project, SolidWorks, and others would be an asset

CES/AWS is seeking a qualified candidate for the senior level Program Manager in the Windsor, ON area.

Maintain strong relationships with the customer by adhering to project timelines, and budgets

5-7 years’ experience in a Program / Project Management capacity within a fast-paced, project delivery oriented high-tech environment

Exceptional Project Management and Communication skills

Report to senior management on progress including progress, risks, and opportunities

Gather and assess feedback from GCC management to identify challenges and proactively identify solutions

Manage the process and procedure creation associated with these programs, including incorporating feedback and lessons learned for continuous improvement

Build and maintain sound relationships with internal and external customers to ensure open and clear communication and understanding of customer requirements
