Automotive Dealership Sales Manager experience is required. Cross-trained candidates are ideal, though we will happily train the right applicant

Train salespeople and other managers to execute a market-based price sales strategy while enforcing teamwork.

Communicate all relevant objectives and documents to other departments to the appropriate manager through the established process.

Exceptional communication and business skills

Metrology skills and knowledge: able to use measuring devices such as tape measure, Vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges and other measuring instruments

Ensure all incoming materials meet manufacturing requirements

Inspect and measure parts and compare to specifications, drawings, and materials certifications

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ensure valid calibration records for all testing equipment used to verify materials.

Minimum of 1-year of customer service experience is preferred

Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred

Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment

Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process

Proctor / invigilate candidates while testing
