Experience in cosmetic injections and medical aesthetics is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Based on experience up to 30% commission on gross revenue or base salary + commission option

Current license in College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Passion for learning and staying updated on the latest industry advancements.

Prefer experience in working with wellness, specialized populations or social service related functions.

The following certifications are required:

Minimum one year of data collection and entry

Minimum one year, of motivational interviewing/health coaching

Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends

Ability to travel to YMCAs in the Greater Richmond area and community locations

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Basic knowledge in the operation of smartphones and computers for communication and recording time worked.

Ability to obtain ACI, NICET and ICC certifications.

Working outdoors in all-weather types (hot, cold, in the rain, snow, sleet, and high wind)

Accurately preparing field inspection/testing reports

Actively collect concrete, soil, and other site materials for testing to ensure construction standards and specifications are being met.

Provide exceptional customer service, with an exceptional smile.
