Responsible for asset management: returns, exchanges, distribution of all Cogeco equipment while at the storefront.

Actively participates in corporate initiated selling skills training as well and new procedural enhancements as part of the position requirements.

Highlights the features and benefits of all Cogeco products and services by confidently demonstrating sales behaviours as trained.

Minimum 1- 3 years of Sales and Customer service experience.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Basic accounting knowledge is an asset.

Working together with all sales associates and the management team to meet and exceed store sales objectives and operational standards

Developing your retail skills by completing company training as required

Retail experience is an asset

Effective communication and people skills

Processing customer sale transactions and accurately following cash handling procedures

Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently

Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions

Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and under stock to brand standards

Replenishes merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor and available for purchase

Assists with other projects as needed including markdowns, re-tickets and the mark out of stock process
